I recently needed an oil change and chose Coopers due to availability and price. I really appreciated how upfront and professional they were. They took great care of my care and did the work faster than I expected. They let me know they had found a few things of concern in the inspection. I appreciated how detailed the report they sent me was and how it included pictures. When I called back they talked me through everything without trying to upsell me or be pushy and they were great at answering questions. They provided a detailed price estimate breakdown and some resources. I was very pleased at the level of care and customer service. Special shout-out to Dylan who spent so much time with me answering all my questions and helping me strategize my repairs.

I called Cooper's in a panic because my engine light had come on and fumes were billowing out the back of my car. They took me in immediately to run some diagnostics. Dylan was a huge help and walked me through everything that was going on. I received a quote with detailed pictures and explanations which I've never received before from any other shop. It was a huge help and am so grateful to the team at Coopers for taking such care and giving me such piece of mind in this process.

Did a great job and not a long wait time as a walk-in. I needed some other stuff done that I had to come back for, but they provide Uber home and then back to get your car at no extra charge. That is an amazing perk for a car repair place to provide. Very helpful and nice people.

I had a fantastic experience at Meineke on 6th Ave in Tacoma! James, the store manager, was awesome. After receiving an outrageous quote from Toyota for rear brake pads, I decided to check out Meineke instead—and I’m so glad I did. James gave me a fair and reasonable quote and got my vehicle in the shop right away. I was in and out in about an hour! The customer service was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be returning for all my future service needs.

Came here for a last minute battery install on my Lexus. They quickly accommodated me and installed the battery efficiently. Initially they quoted a half an hour labor but ended up charging me only for 20 minutes. Friendly and honest establishment. Highly recommend it.

James and his crew are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My oil change experience was great and expedient! Definitely will go back to the 6th Ave location.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Hands down the best place to get your car worked on ! I’ve had to come to this place for the past few months due to not being so lucky with buying cars and every single time they was able to figure out what’s wrong with my cars ! And if they couldn’t fix it they sent me down the right direction. The last one being a transmission in my car and they got it running up in no time ! Thank you.

Took the car in for diagnosis, one they didn't charge me and two instead of just doing the work let me know it wouldn't be worth it due to other issues saving me a huge headache down the road... Fantastic customer service.

They once again saved my car from calamity! The price was fair and everyone I interacted with was great to talk to. I highly recommend this shop.
