BAKED & WIRED REVIEWS
I love baked and wired! Their cupcakes are good, their baked goods are good, and their coffee is amazing. The service is always great! My favorite is when they have their cinnamon rolls on special— the best cinnamon rolls in DC. You really can’t go wrong with anything there— their biscuits began my love of combinations of rosemary and goat cheese and chive and goat cheese. For baked goods, I am a fan of their OMG Bars, buckeye brownies (midwesterner right here), and the lil Bertha. Go to cupcake is probably chocolate doom, but I’ve tried most and they’re all amazing! A must visit if you’re in the area.
Baked & Wired is such a fun, and cute little spot to stop in to grab a drink and a sweet treat. Their cupcakes are super yummy and come in lots of flavors. They’re larger than an average cupcake, and relatively denser cake. I’ve had every flavor, but it’s hard to pick a favorite. It can get really crowded and always seems to have a line. Definitely worth a try.
THE BEST CUPCAKES I’ve ever had, seriously, forget the other cupcakeries. Moist, large, great icing, nothing sickeningly sweet. And the other baked goods are phenomenal too. The coffee is absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is chill and the workers are nice and helpful.

BREAD FURST REVIEWS
Excellent bakery! We come regularly for baguettes, croissants and other treats. There's plenty to choose from. It's a bit narrow and the seating is either an indoor communal high top table or outdoor tables in good weather. The staff is very friendly and generally groovy. You can see the baking happening in the front and back of the store. It's wholesome hipster vibes.
I heard about this place on TikTok, and I'm glad I visited. I had the best sandwich I've had in DC so far! The bread and pastries are perfectly made, and you can tell they're fresh. The service was also great, the staff are incredibly friendly. In a city with a bakery on every corner, this one really is one of the best.
We traveled for this place and it did not disappoint for its breakfast. This place is narrow and busy but the staff is wonderful. The egg and cheese on the English muffin is a HUGE must. It's messy but beyond flavorful. The pastries were delicious as well.

BOULANGERIE CHRISTOPHE REVIEWS
There are so many options at this place so I just got both savory and sweet items to get the best of both worlds. There were interesting things on the menu and I wanted to try something different. I ended up going with the Crêpe Forestière. Five out of Five would recommend if you are looking for a cheesy surprise. I got some sweet baked goods to go and it was still tasty when I ate it later in the day. Definitely travels well.
This cozy French bistro is the perfect spot for a delicious and relaxing breakfast. They boast a wide selection of French pastries and desserts, making it a perfect place for those with a sweet tooth. Additionally, they offer breakfast dishes. We tried the ham and cheese croissant, chicken salad croissant, and éclair, and everything was delicious.
When I visit this place, it brings back memories of Paris. The bakery goods and desserts are as tasty as they look. It is a genuinely European bistro with inviting decor and mouthwatering food items that you can enjoy with a hot coffee in the afternoon or get some Opera to enjoy with your family.
