Despite having to wait a little after my appointment I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia! She was so sweet and listened to what I wanted. She remembered things i mentioned about my wedding and read me when I didn’t care for something. She was very personable and it felt nice to have a simple human connection with her without feeling any pressure. She was also very sweet to my bridal party. I ended up saying yes to the dress! She even offered a promotion they had going on. She gave us all the possibilities with adding buttons to my dress and was overall so helpful. Thank you for turning around the bad experience I had just had at Trudy’s prior. I recommend this place and booking with Cynthia if possible.

I had a great experience here! On my first trip to Elegant Lace, I found 3 dresses that I loved. I went back a week later, tried them all on again, and picked my dress! They helped me pick out a gorgeous and reasonably priced veil as well. The whole process was really easy and fun. They don’t do alterations there, but they gave me a list of local tailors! Would definitely recommend.

Synthia was absolutely amazing! She really nailed what style I was looking for, stuck to my budget, answered all my questions, and has the best energy. I said YES to the dress and I’m so pleased. Highly recommended.
