While it's never fun to hear that your vehicle needs a few more repairs than a simple oil change, the excellent customer service at Scott's makes it a little more bearable. I really appreciate the 360 inspection with pictures that allows me to see what needs to be done immediately and what needs to be done soon, giving me time to plan for that expense. Everyone I have spoken to at Scott's has been friendly and helpful and I have always felt that I can trust their recommendations. They work quickly to get your car serviced and offer loaner cars and shuttle service in the meantime. Great customer service is key, and Scott's Automotive in Fort Collins definitely values this.

Had an alignment done. They got me in quick, performed a complimentary inspection of my vehicle, all very nice. Needed additional work to adjust my camber which I was a little surprised by the quote they gave me but after comparing to other shops I founds Scott's to be very comparable to the other shops I talked to. The communication with the staff was great and they even said I can come back in a month to have my alignment double checked as some of the new parts on my truck may settle out and change the alignment. Super nice shop, would recommend!

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Scott’s since we moved to Colorado 3 years ago. We’ve used both their Loveland and Fort Collins locations-each visit they’ve been remarkably kind and helpful. They are excellent communicators and timely workers. We’ve been very impressed with their business and they’ve earned lifelong customers out of us :)
