Chris was hired to locate our septic tank. According to the plans (filed in 1976), the septic tank was missing/whereabouts unknown. Chris helped locate the septic tank with the use of a tracker, to find the septic tank in 10 minutes. Thankfully, it was not under a huge cement patio. Then dug up the lid, this took longer than 10 minutes. All the while explaining what we were looking for. He explained all of the costs and different options available for completing the job. I like his attitude, I now know more about how it works and the options ahead. Well done.

Jesse Simpson did an excellent job pumping our septic tank, educating me on the procedure and reasoning to not wait too long having it pumped next time. He did a real impressive job of backing up a hill and around our house to where our tank is located. Everything was cleaned up and put back ready for next time in a few years. Super glad I chose FloHawks, they scheduled me quickly and gave me a helpful reminder call along with texting Jesse's arrival time.

Tucker was very professional. Explained in detail what needed to be done. Completed the work in a timely manner. Got our drains cleared and back to normal. Very knowledgeable young man. Will request him specifically for future jobs.
