Martin came out to my husband (David)'s family property in Sebastopol to pump the septic tank recently. He was timely, efficient and personable. Martin also took the time to educate David about maintaining the septic system and gave him lots of advice about ground water issues. Our family had used other pumping services in the past but Martin & Quality pumping will be the company we deal with in the future. They have that old fashioned customer service that is becoming harder to find these days.
